Arbora Managed IT LLC wants arborait.com to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That includes:

• clear headings and labels, and text alternatives for meaningful images;
• full keyboard access with a visible focus outline, plus a “Skip to content” link;
• color contrast that meets AA for text and form controls;
• a pause button for anything that moves on its own, and no motion at all if your device is set to reduce motion;
• layouts that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.

How we check

We test pages with automated accessibility tools and review them by hand, including keyboard-only use, before changes go live. We re-check when we add new pages or features.

Known limitations

• General Terms & Conditions PDF: may not be fully accessible to every screen reader. Ask and we’ll send the text in an accessible format.
• Third-party sites and tools: the remote support download, social media profiles and other linked sites are run by other companies and follow their own accessibility practices.
